Cold Blooded Smokehouse and Catering is a locally owned restaurant located inside the John A Logan College campus. Known for their Charcuterie cups and Coffee, this is one place you won't want to miss when you visit Carterville, IL.
With several locations for coffee throughout Southern Illinois, the smokehouse is known for it's banquet style catering and also for the fabulous lumchtime meals. Try a cajun steak on creamy lemon zoodles or baked tomato-spinach-chicken penne and wash it down with a blood orange & lime spritzer.
