Highlights include St. Louis Spare Ribs, Kansas City Burnt Ends, Veal Breast, Chicago Rib Tips and The Bacon Bar, which features items like slow-cooked strips of bacon, BLT sliders and Bacon-Deviled Eggs. An impressive list of delicious side dishes and desserts include Corn Pudding, Collard Greens, Fried Green Tomatoes, Blackened Cauliflower, Candy Bar Sundaes and much more.
