Uno's invented deep dish pizza 75 years ago and we've been making the dough fresh every morning, in every restaurant, every day since . . . and shredding blocks of mozzarella and chopping fresh produce and roasting our own veggies. Why? Because perfection does not come easy. Enjoy.
